Benefits:
40 Hours — (in an industry where most pool and patio companies “close shop” in the winter, we keep working)
(even if it means we must dig with jackhammers. We dress warm and come prepared even in winter. We stay positive and keep working. If hired, and committed to meet and keep all “Job Requirements” listed below, you can expect 40 hours of wages per week, 12 months per year)
(work may be required on multiple jobsites within separate cities or counties where Haddy Inc has currently confirmed projects)
(work may be “paused” during severe weather. 40 hours may not be guaranteed in cases of severe weather)
CDL — (in specific circumstances, as we grow, some contracts may require that we hire additional Commercial Driver License holders. If you already have a CDL, or if you acquire one while employed for Haddy Inc, this may qualify you for a wage increase, or we may choose to cover the costs of your training course. This benefit depends on how many projects we chose to balance simultaneously, and how many CDL’s we already have among current employees — based upon “current needs” only)

Checkpoint Bonus System — (as a leadership incentive to keep project timeline schedules, employees who work with Haddy for a minimum of one year may be eligible to discuss this bonus opportunity. If hired, additional details may be provided)
Job Requirements:
Positive attitude — (come work hard every day, leave personal life at home)
Show up — (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekends off and most national holidays)
Vehicle, bike, Uber/Lyft, or bus — (YOU are responsible to get yourself to the jobsite each day)
Commute — (you are required to commute, use public transportation, or car pool to the jobsite to which you are assigned. Jobsites may be located in ANY city in Utah, including northern and southern Utah. Future plans may include projects in other states if/when demand calls for it and Haddy fleet and workforce can meet demand)
Come prepared — (wear warm clothes & layers in winter, bring a lunch to avoid leaving jobsite)
No show = No tolerance — (except in extreme emergencies [severe sickness or death of near relative] if you are absent from work without previously notifying a site leader and the owner, your employment may be terminated)
Work hard — (Stay off cell phone unless work related. Reduce chit-chat. Don’t stand around while other work)
2 years experience — (in landscaping or pool construction)
Proficient English
Spanish skills — (not required, but may be useful on certain sites where other contractors are present)
Drug free — (Come sober, or don’t come at all)
Haddy maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE drugs & alcohol policy — (this pertains to controlled substances and alcohol, whether legally prescribed or not)
A safe work environment is essential to all workers and customers. Therefore, all prospective or current employees must agree to perform and pass initial or random drug and alcohol screenings to maintain eligibility for employment at Haddy Inc.
